| Maria Dines is an attorney whose career includes both private-sector and government service. She previously served as general counsel for a multinational manufacturer exporting to more than 40 countries. As a member of the executive team, she oversaw international commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, corporate policy, and operational matters. During her tenure, she developed a formal hazard analysis process that led to the creation of practical tools and legally sound safety warnings and instruction manuals, which were widely adopted across the industry. A graduate of Greater Naples Leadership’s Master Class XXIII, she later served on the organization’s Board of Directors and remains active in community initiatives with both local and international focus. She currently serves as general counsel for a Florida-based privately held company and is admitted to the New York State Bar. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law, State University of New York, and her Bachelor of Arts from Canisius University. Maria believes the best solutions begin with good conversation. She and her husband live in Naples, where they enjoy spending time with family and friends. |
